In order to purchase on offer, simply visit www.rewardingtimes.ie and select the offer you would like to purchase. Select the ‘Buy now’ button. Rewarding Times will then send you an email confirming your order.
Upon purchase you will be sent an email acknowledging your order. You will then be sent your voucher when the offer closes. The voucher will include the offer details, terms and conditions and a unique voucher code.
Offers are available to purchase for up to 5 days. Please note the duration of the sales period on each offer’s individual page. Offers are available in limited quantities, so may sell out before the time allotted.
Yes, each offer has a minimum number of purchases that are required to make it available. This minimum will be clearly shown beside the offer. Spread the word amongst your friends to make sure the offer is a success!
If not enough people buy the offer, it is unfortunately cancelled. This means that nobody gets the offer and your order will be cancelled. If you paid by debit card we will refund you the full amount. If you paid by credit card your card will not be charged.
Yes. If you are buying a voucher as a gift for someone, select the gift option in the checkout. We will email you a gift voucher and all you need to do is print it and hand it to them.
All of our vouchers are fully transferable and can be redeemed by any bearer, unless specifically stated in the terms and conditions of that offer.
No. We don't show the value of the offer or the price you paid on our vouchers.
You can recommend the offer to your friends by forwarding the offer email that you received; or by using the share tools on the offer page.
Vouchers are only emailed out once the offer you bought is closed – which could be up to 5 days after the offer first appears.

When you buy the voucher on Rewarding Times you are prompted to create an account - consisting of an Email address and Password. If you log in using these details you will be able to view any past transactions and vouchers.

Print out your voucher and bring it along when you visit the seller. Make sure that you carefully read the redemption instructions, and the terms and conditions of the offer, which are all printed on the voucher and are listed on the site. Our offers are only available for a limited time. Check the countdown timer on the offers page to see how long is left. Every offer requires a minimum number of buyers before it activates. When the time is up, and if enough people have bought the offer, you will receive your voucher via e-mail within 2 working days. If the time expires and the minimum number of vouchers hasn't been sold, nobody gets the offer and it is cancelled.
Occasionally we will post physical vouchers instead of sending e-mails. We will inform you at the time of purchasing if you'll be getting an emailed voucher or if we will be posting your voucher.

If you're paying by credit card, we will reserve the offer for you and a payment will be pre-authorised from your account. The offer only activates when a minimum number of people agree to buy, so if enough people buy and the offer activates, we will charge you.
If you're paying by Laser/ debit card, we will deduct the payment from your card straight away, but you won't get your voucher until after the offer ends. If the offer doesn't go ahead we will refund you the full amount as soon as the offer ends.
