A 3 hour hands on masterclass with l'Ecrivain's Michelin starred Master Chef Derry Clarke at Cooks Academy, “Dublin’s premier cooking school” on Sunday April 22nd, 2012.
Cooks Academy have teamed up with Derry and l'Ecrivain restaurant to offer readers of The Irish Times an exclusive masterclass. You will watch a cooking demonstration by Derry and then have the opportunity to cook two dishes alongside him. It’s not every day that you get to cook with a Michelin star chef! Derry, and l’Ecrivain have been awarded many accolades over the past 21 years, such as Best Restaurant and Best Chef Awards since 1999, and Restaurant of the Year 2011 - Georgina Campbell. l’Ecrivain also has a Michelin Star which was first awarded in 2003.
Cooks Academy is a world class cookery school boasting an 80 seat demonstration theatre and hands on cooking facilities for up to 72 people in the 4,500 sq ft specially designed Kitchen.
