A 3 hour hands on masterclass with Bon Appetit’s Michelin starred Master Chef Oliver Dunne at Cooks Academy, “Dublin's Premier Cookery School” on Sunday March 25th, 2012.

Oliver Dunne (born 1977) began his foray into the world of kitchens and restaurants as a Commis Chef at Gotham Café on South Anne Street, Dublin. From here he progressed, trained and enhanced his skills at The Peacock Alley, QV2, The Clarence Hotel and Roly’s Bistro, before making his move to London.
During his time in London, Oliver worked for Gary Rhodes (City Rhodes), and Gordon Ramsay (Royal Hospital Road), as well as Chef Anthony Demetry (Putney Bridge Restaurant), and with Shane Osborne (Pied A Terre).
In 2003, Oliver returned to Dublin, opening Mint in Ranelagh as the Head Chef, and within 6 weeks the restaurant was awarded Ireland’s ‘Best New Restaurant’.
In 2006, Oliver took over Bon Appetit, winning his own Michelin Star in 2008. Oliver, the youngest Michelin Star Chef in Ireland and is a regular contributor on RTE and TV3 lifestyle shows.
