Roly’s Bistro originally opened in November 1992 and as we near the end of our 25th year we are pleased to offer this menu of Roly's Classics. The menu will be available until the end of March 2019 - there will changes from time to time with market availability. The team at Roly's numbers over 80 professionals some of whom are at Roly's for over 20 years, Chef de Cuisine and Director Paul Cartwright and Head Chef Hughie Hyland are the men who have been at the stove for most of those 25 years.
