With this exclusive offer from Rewarding Times you can enjoy welcome canapés and a three course meal for two with a bottle of wine from O'Connells Restaurant, Donnybrook.

You will start off your evening with Welcome Canapés at your table or in the bar together with your chosen bottle of wine (whilst making your menu selection).

This will be followed by your choice of two starters, two mains and two deserts from The O'Connells 2014 Small Irish Artisan Food Producers Dinner Menu. O'Connells in Donnybrook was doubly awarded Best Casual Dining Restaurant in Dublin and Ireland 2012 by The Irish Restaurant Awards and by The National Hospitality Awards.

The White Wine choices include a Sauvignon Blanc from Chile, an Australian Chardonnay and a fruity Trebbiano from Italy. A medium-bodied Shiraz from Australia, a Merlot from Chile and a classic Italian Montepulciano are among the reds.

O'Connells brings to your dinner table the very best Artisan Irish Produce. In 2013 they created, perhaps a first in Ireland, a special Small Irish Food Producers Counter from which you get to choose from all the produce which comes directly from the Small Irish Food Producers to O'Connells. First Courses are chosen at the Counter on Sundays to Wednesdays.

Starters may include O'Connells Own Charcoal Oven Smoked Goatsbridge Farm Trout Crush (Co Kilkenny) ; Sally Barnes Smoked Pollock or Haddock in Chef's Risotto with a Free-Range Egg from The Bergins in Co Laois; Black Puddings alternatively from - Nora Egan of Inch House (Co Tipperary) and Sean Kelly (Newport Co Mayo); Carpaccio of Ruby Beetroot with Ardsallagh Goats Cheese and Galtee View Honey; Cashel Blue and Poached Pear Salad with Candied Walnuts; Tomato & Chickpea Stew with West Cork Gubbeen Farmhouse Chorizo and of course Toonsbridge Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese - at this time of the year they will match it with Slices of Warm Aubergine grilled in their Charcoal Oven and some very Good Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Finally they will always have a Bruschetta on Dublin's Bretzel Bakery Sour Dough Bread.

Main Courses include Skeaganore West Cork Duck; Wexford Lamb; Steaks of Irish Hereford Prime Beef; Braised Short Ribs of Irish Hereford Prime Beef with Shaved Horseradish, Wild Atlantic Fish landed generally in Castletownbere by Shellfish de la Mer; Wild Irish Game from Glenmalure, Co Wicklow; maybe a Curry with excellent Spices from East Cork's Green Saffron Company. Of course the O'Connells signature dish is included - Charcoal Oven Roasted Free-Range Irish Chicken from Co Limerick - the chicken is carved at your table from the silver domed Carving Trolley.

Finally, for dessert you get to choose from their Selection of Pot Desserts - Two pots to make one dessert - you may also choose from an array of Rossmore Ice Cream from Co Laois.

O'Connells is possibly Dublin's Leading Coeliac Friendly Restaurant.
