ASADOR - Noun [c]; A Spanish word meaning barbecue, grill or spit. May also be known as Parilla, Barbecoa, Varilla, Brocheta.

The idea behind ASADOR is simple, source the best of Irish produce and cook in the most ancient of ways.  The living, breathing heart of the open kitchen is their bespoke 1.2 tonne “Asador”.  The chefs have spent time in Spain, Portugal & Argentina learning all about the craft of delivering exquisite barbecued food.

Asador cook all their meats, shellfish and game over fires of lump-wood charcoal and oak & apple hard woods.  They use maple and hickory wood chips to add further flavor to their famous steaks.

Their key focus is on ensuring warmth of service and a memorable dining experience for all of their guests.  Their front of house team is always on hand to recommend a perfect wine, beer or cocktail pairing for your meal.  They opened their doors in November 2012 and have had a lot of fun growing with their customers in the least two and a half years. They are looking forward to the next period and ensuring they provide Dublin with the perfect balance of flame, flavor and food.

  • Vouchers are valid 7 days a week with limited availability at weekends.
  • Vouchers can be used from January 4th to March 31st 2016.
  • Vouchers are valid for dinner bookings only and from 5.30pm each day.
  • Vouchers cannot be used during the home games of the Six Nations Rugby.
  • After you have purchased your voucher please email to book your table. Your full name, date, number of guests, time, phone number and voucher code is required in order to secure a reservation.
  • Advance Booking is essential to ensure you get your preferred date.
  • Up to 2 vouchers maximum may be used per table depending on availability.
  • A €25 drinks credit is included with your voucher towards a bottle of your choice.  If you choose a higher priced bottle you pay the difference directly to the restaurant at the end of your meal.
  • Additional bottles are charged at full list price.
  • €4.50 supplement per person for the Rib-Eye Steak.
  • Voucher must be redeemed in full in one visit.
  • Please note - your voucher must be used by March 31st 2016. This redemption date is firm. No correspondence will be entered into regarding late redemption of your voucher. No refunds can be given after this date.
